After paying £350x2 for two Hazro HZ27WBs, I am sorely disappointed.

One of my screens now refuses to switch on. I am stuck with a single screen. I can cope for now. It feels as if the board with the buttons on the right hand side has come loose. Crap!!!!!

Submitted a note for OCUK to take it back through RMA

Issues;
1. After 4 weeks, one has packed up
2. Build quality feels rubbish
3. Stand is pityful

Avoid like the plague. Save up and buy a DELL

As mentioned in my other thread, I wasn't too impressed either. The first Hazro was DOA, but after getting it replaced the new one is superb. My only wish is it lasts for years not weeks...

I'd agree the build quality is poor and the stand is terrible but I can't fault the screen itself. Mines been working flawlessly upto now and not got any dead or stuck pixels. Hope you get it sorted by OcUK as Hazro's warranty and support can be a little hit and miss.

you should always deal with OCUK as they are the retailer and legally liable under sale of goods act anyway, wouldnt even bother with manufacturer even when they will try to fob you off to go to them.
