Does anyone else have this monitor?

Using the monitor over the past few weeks there seems to be a strange problem with it suddenly going fuzzy. It seems to randomly happen, sometimes it's so bad I can't read text and other times it's not so bad but there are strange artifacts all over the screen.

To fix it I have to continually turn it on and off, sometimes turning off the monitors power supply is the only way to get it to come back on, even then the issue can reoccur moments later.

I'm sure I read a thread on here about there being an incompatibility with ATI cards but I can't seem to find it anymore.

This is my graphics card: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-123-MS

I've sent a webnote to OCUK and received a response from James Bailey saying nothing could be done as the monitor is over a year old, when in fact it is only 2 months old. I'm sure this is just a mistake and I will receive another response soon.

Does anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

Thanks

Thanks for the replies...

I'm def having the issue on my card so don't think I'm safe, think there really needs to be a disclaimer on the product page about this.

Axeia - James Bailey made a mistake, good point about the 3 years though, he has offered to RMA the monitor and test down there, but as the issue is infrequent it would be sods law that it works fine for their tests so don't feel it's worth sending back considering this is a known issue (I think).

I was just hoping there may have been a fix out there, seems a bit poor that this issue can be left an unaddressed... Maybe not Hazro's problem but how many other monitors have issues with ATI cards? I'm not sure.
