Hi guys,
I'm looking for a bit of feedback from anyone who knows a thing or two about monitors.
I have a budget of around £400 for a new monitor, upgrading from a Samsung SM2232BW which just died.
This caught my eye after much research but I noticed it doesn't seem to have HDMI input, should I be concerned by this?
I have a decent rig with a GeForce 560ti Twin Frozr gpu which has HDMI output on it and was assuming that if I bought a monitor with HDMI socket then I could connect the 2 using the most suitable option, HDMI cable.
Will I lose anything by not being able to connect via HDMI cable?
Is there another monitor that might suit me even more for my budget that you guys would be happy to recommend.
Ideally I want an IPS monitor.
Thanks guys.

Many thanks for the replies, big help, these forums are life savers.
Okay I'm no longer concerned about the lack of a HDMI socket and I'm not concerned about the speakers, would never use the monitors speakers.
Should I be worried about the response rate on this for gaming, is it not a little high?
Sorry I should've mentioned my rig is used for 75% gaming.
I've also read a few (only a few) horror stories regarding Hazro's after sales service, more precisely the lack of it, but I guess I'll have to find out for myself.
One final thing, I'd love the luxury of my next monitor (this one or some other) lasting me 4 years or so, I usually upgrade my full rig around then anyway.
Is there anything else you think I should consider before splashing the cash. I don't see 3D gaming grabbing me anytime soon so that isnt an issue, unless 120hz is something I should be looking at now anyway.
Ive never been one to 'chase technology', we all know how futile that can be.
But I'll kick myself if, 6 months after buying my new monitor, I realise I can't do 'something, because I overlooked it. Anything spring to mind I should be considering.
