Hazro HZ27WC?

Looking for a new monitor for gaming at 2560x1440,

The Hazro HZ27WC is currently on offer on this website, but wanted to find out about it.

Firstly, the fact you can't adjust the height/angle - has this caused anybody any problems? - additionally - what are the dimensions of this monitor?, i cant find any info on it on the overclockers UK site (including stand).

I'm currently running a 6970 (OC) 2g, so I'm pretty confident I won't have any problems with performance.

Are there any other good 27inch monitors out there?.

With a little bit of research you could've found the dimensions.

654 [W] x 479 [H] x 180 [D] - (with stand)
654 [W] x 404 [H] x 81 [D] - (without stand)

And the fact that you can't adjust the height and angle has'nt caused any problems for me.

Yes, there is another good 27" monitor. The Dell U2711.

I;d definitely recommend reading the massive thread about the Hazros on the fornt page of this forum area.

I'd say the main competitor is the Dell U2711.

You can adjust angle by tilting the screen to a certain degree.

Height-adjustment wise, tbh this has not bothered me at all - the screen is absolutely massive, and my chair is the perfect height for my desk anyway

i put a small box under mine to lift it slightly higher

no big deal

a very lovely monitor

The screen is VESA compatible so there are ways to get around the stand not being the greatest ever. Hazro should also be working on a stand that does should allow tilting/height adjustments.. which will be sold separately. Not sure if it's also going to allow pivot mode. Problem is that they have been working on that since forever and haven't given any indication of how long it is going to take.
Main competitors of the HZ27WC are its more expensive brother, the HZ27WD and the Dell U2711/HP ZR2740w. Biggest difference between the Hazro's and the competition is that the Hazro's are glossy which result in a much better looking picture. (The Apple Cinema screens are glossy as well but hella expensive.
