Get out a measuring tape and check the distance between the 2 slots you want to use - and then use this:

Measure it but pretty sure its 80mm - the watch out is that there is a variance of how each vendor describes them so some may say 1 slot and its 0 slot gap, some 0 slot.
You have a couple of slots space, 80mm I believe like almost every other Asus board.
