HD 4830 and Zwift

Hi everyone. I'm building a garage pc with old components to run zwift. I know for sure that my HD4830 (PassMark 963) is capable but zwift won't even load. AMD have not updated the drivers since 2013 so I don't know but this may be the reason. I can get an onboard Intel HD 3000 (PassMark 311) to easily run the simulator. Is there any way to get the 4830 to run?
