This is driving me nuts
I've just upgraded from an aging X1950 to a spangly new Sapphire Vapor X HD5770. Lovely
But, there's a problem. I have 2 22" Belinea monitors with a default resolution of 1680x1050. However, i can't seem to set the 2nd screen to 1680x1050 60hz.
If i unplug the screens and swap the plugs around, I can get it to work but as soon as I reboot, I get 1600x1200 in the 2nd screen.
If I try to force the resolution, I can only get 30hz.
I've reinstalled the drivers (after uninstalling and using driver sweeper), made sure the monitor drivers are installed and used CCC 10.2 and 10.3 beta. Still no luck.
Some screenies might help to see what's happening (linked as they might be a bit large):

Win 7 64bit.
Was fine with the X1950 and ATI's legacy drivers.
Please help, it's driving me nuts
