HD 6970 temperature during games

I tested my HD 6970 on Bad Company 2 at its highest settings (1920x1200, AA8x, AF16x etc.) and had the card clocked at 950MHz with memory at 1400MHz and so the card is hitting around 80 degrees. Is that good or bad? I just want to make sure.
