HD 7850 Core clock unlocked in AMD Graphics Overdrive?

Yesterday I installed Asus GPU tweak to overclock my HD 7850 beyond 1050mhz. I overclocked beyond 1050, then decided I didnt really like the software so I uninstalled it with Revo Uninstaller.

Coming back to my PC today, in AMD Vision Engine Control Center the max GPU Clock is now 1720mhz, and in afterburner is 1120. Seems to have been unlocked.

What has happened, if this is possible within AMD software, why bother getting the Asus GPU tweak?

my sapphire 7970 will go up to 1500 and 2000 gpu/mem swear it was 1200 on the gpu last time cant remember memory

maybe amd have decided to allow a higher overclock with their recent driver update

im on 13.1
 
it does do this if you've used gpu tweak,same as trixx and afterburner,it messes up ccc limits

aslong as you don't clock higher than 1050mhz youll be fine as you cant adjust voltage in ccc

re install amd drivers and it should reset the oc limits to the proper ones
