I'm looking to hook up a HTPC and am considering sound hardware.

I have a denon avr-1909 AV receiver which can decode trueHD and DTS-HD MA, now how can I output HD audio from a pc?

I've seen the Asus Xonar which can output HD audio codecs, but at £180 it seems excessive for such a simple need, is there not a card that can simply output PCM high def over optical or something?

Considering the cost of a blu ray player, HD sound card and rest of htpc components it seems a lot cheaper to simply buy a ps3.

I got a HDA X-Mystique Dolby Digital Real Time sound card which does this i believe, google for it, as i have mine for sale (hope this is ok) if it's not want you're after, i apologise :)
