HD partitioning with Vista x64

hey guys can you pls suggest a good software for HD partitioning
under Vista x64?

I was using Partition magic 9 but it doesnt work with x64

anything?

Hiya,
Paragon Partition Manager 9.0 does deffo do x64

also check about Acronis Disk Director (does say vista but specifically x64)

Will check for some more

hey sorry to insist but paragon doesnt.. when u hit apply it gives u an error msg

ok problem again... it doesnt work
when u click apply.. it works for a while and then it give an error message

"this operation cannot be performed under vista 64bit"

I am gonna try the other program u recommended

Hmm Have you turned off UAC ??

If yes put it back on and reboot

Then reinstall the proggy

Then try it again

Maybe Work for yo

Acronis Disk Director works, and is better than Partition Magic.

Use the built in disk manager.

yeah tnx guys.... i deleted something like 70gigs of data and managed to play about with partitioning for my new install.

gave 75gigs to system... 75 just for gaming and 2x150 for dls and backup

sounds about allright

ps I dnled the acronis but didnt try it yet... will save it for next time though
(hope this doesn't come any time soon)
