If going HD I would recommend 32" minumum. The image looks better the bigger you go, so I would look at that and above.

Aye. Bedroom or lounge is the question. If it's for the lounge 32"+ for the bedroom you can get away with less.

It all depends how much you have to spend if you want a cheap but good TV then this is good people really like its on Avforums its not the best but not bad.

Hyundai Vvuon A321 32" HD Ready Analogue LCD TV (AV-001-HY)

But if I had £2k to spend i would get the new Sharp range i would get personally the Sharp LC46XD1E.

Cheapest 32" ive seen is the Technosonic for £400

Got one on order so cant say how good it is yet, seems to get good feedback on other forums.

There are loads of sub £500 32" HD ready panels coming out now, maybe not all from major manufacturers, but most of the reviews on them have been favourable.

Think I'm going to get myself one just after Xmas to replace our 28" CRT in the lounge. Should be good for the Wii, or 360 if I take it downstairs :)

It's going to be for my bedroom. :)

I picked up a 32" for £460, and it looks great (well, aesthetically it's merely passable, but the picture quality is excellent).
