I'm a cheapskate trying to squeeze a bit more life out of an agp system (please have pity) but I can't seem to get my Sapphire HD 3850 AGP to work.
I have a Akasa Power80 400W psu [code AK-P040FG8] which has 2 12v rails, one at 16amps and one at 18amps. Mobo is a Asrock NF3-VSTA.
Basically when I power up the system, the fans all spin but it never posts so it doesn't reach bios or windows.
I'm not sure if its the PSU or the Mobo causing the problem
. My old 7600gt boots up ok. Hope someone can help.
