Okay so I've been skulking about the forums for a while now getting some information for my build, currentley I'm just upgrading my old pc but I have no clue when it comes to graphics theres so many in my price range it makes it impossible to know which to choose !

I'll be using it for gaming, video editing & graphics editing.

My setup as stands is:-

Motherboard: MSI MS-7309
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ 2.70GHz
GPU: Radeon HD 4350 -DEAD !
PSU: G7 PowerExtreme 680W
RAM: 4GB
HDD: 2.5TB

Limit : £140

If the question is "what GFX card to buy for £140?"
I would suggest this
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-190-XF&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1866
But as you probably know the rest of the system would be left behind by this card.
I have also issues with the psu, those "well known out of town electronic store" specials are not really upto the job and you might need some connectors as this needs 2 PCIE 6 connectors.

As I don't know how far you are going to upgrade in the future or how much you will spend, I would suggest getting a new psu and a lesser gfx card such as
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-140-OK
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-230-CM

Which suprised me at the price of a 460
