I'm 15 and can buy from OCUK because they accept solo cards. Get yourself one (or visa electron i think the other one is) and they can be used in most online and high street stores where you see the symbol.

Oh and remove those competitors asap.

Yeah, Solo cards are awesome. Still use mine actually and I'm 21

I can run CoD4, TF2 and most other games on my other system which is a lot worse than yours.

It gets 30-40fps on CoD4 on medium and it's specs are:

AMD Athlon XP 2400+
1GB DDR
ATI Radeon X700 256mb AGP

So there's something definitely up with your setup...
