Current system:

Intel E8400 CPU
GeIL 2x2GB DDR2 RAM
Abit IP35 Pro Motherboard
ATI HD4850 Graphics
Corsair HX520W Modular PSU

So out of touch these days with components that I'd thought I'd ask the experts!. Going to be updating my computer later in the year, but I thought I'd just buy a graphics card now as it's in my budget to do so, so why wait 7 months!, plus I'm looking at maybe buying Crysis 2, but I'm concerned at my current PC not being able to play it at the quality settings well enough. For note, my resolution is 1360 x 768 (LCD TV).

I'm looking at the Asus HD6850 OC on This Week Only for 132 notes. So just some questions if anyone can answer these for me, I'd be really appreciative:

1. Can I actually get away with using a 6850 based on my current system or will there be power issues / throttling issues?
2. 4850 -> 6850 is a big improvement I take it? given the rest of my system.
3. Due to having a HTPC case, heat can be a problem. I had to get a 3rd party cooler on my 4850 to stop overheating. Will this be a problem with the Asus 6850 OC on This Week Only?
4. Is there a better nVidia option?

That's all I can think of, if anyone can provide any assistance I'd appreciate :)

Thanks mate! pre-ordered just now. Length seems the same as my 4850, custom cooler to help with heat, stunning price, can't really go wrong! Also thanks for the link, that's a very handy website.

No problems flibby, hope you have fun with your 5850 when it arrives.
The link is handy for a quick reference(remember it's not gospel for the results though).
