Hi ,anyone tried this yet? have you seen any benchies or reviews of this?

i am thinking of going down this route and just a little concerned that there arent many reviews around

That review is pretty good, just more examples of how over priced the gtx295 is! And you could oc both those cards most powerful combo i think at the moment!

Yep the 295 has been killed now, as zero point buying a one when you can get 2x cards cheaper/faster, but i doubt it worries Nvidia, as its supposedly getting canned in May, as they are supposedly releasing a single PCB version (ala 4870 x2), which will be cheaper.

why dont they come standard with the non-reference coolers? The ones with fans blowing onto the card are usually a lot better/quieter. Is there a reason? The only benefit i can see is that it blows the hot air out the case!

Looks impressive ! going to order 2 of the sapphire OC variety i think and keep an eye out for the non reference cooling solutions when they come out

Seems total madness to me when most companys already have good coolers on the 4870's like the Sapphire ones! why did't they just use them? or similar?. No way I would even consider buying a 4890 till they ship with new coolers.
