decided to load up skyrim and was met by this

i had the card on core: 950MHz , memory: 1325MHz, volts: stock

but even after putting the card to stock, this still happens

what do you guys think is causing this?
 
Have you updated deivers recently? I know a few recent 12.x drivers caused some big texture issues in skyrim, so if you just updated I'd cross my fingers and hope that's the culprit.

Otherwise I'm going to say you got some ram issues in that gpu there.
