HD5970 Question

With the 10.3 drivers and crossfire profiles, do you need to install for a single 5970 as it is effectively crossfired on 1 PCIe slot, or is it for dual cards only?

Don't you just need to install the drivers once and click the crossfire tab in ccc, if thats what your asking?

Yes install the Crossfire Profile App! http://www.rage3d.com/xmp/

Just one 5970 still counts as Crossfire.
