HD6450 + XBMC Playback issue

I have XBMC 11.0 running on N40L microserver with HD6450 512mb GPU(12.4 drivers).
Every time I play a movie from XBMC it plays for the first 10 seconds and then it gets stuck! I can see the progress timer but there is no picture movement - picture seems to get stuck every time around 10 seconds from the start!

I have tried this with WHS 2011 first and thought it is something to do with the OS, so I have installed Windows 7(clean install) and it is the same!

VLC and WMP-HC plays every thing just fine with out any issue, but I would like to get the XBMC running on this to use as a HTPC.
Any ideas?

Well, I had the HD6450 connected to my monitor via HDMI, but my monitor doesn't have speakers!
See where I am going

It turns out that VLC and WMP-HC both does not care what the sound out put is, but XBMC starts throwing tantrums when there is no sound output via HDMI!

So I got it sorted by actually connecting the Microserver to the TV via HDMI! It outputs sound via HDMI and does not have any playback issue!
(TV is downstairs, I had the Microserver setup upstairs where my PC is - during OS & software installation)
