I used the ones on the CD as they were faster then the latest.

Depends on which brand you got, But I found as above that the latest on the Asus (my card) site were the best and stable.

Installed 10.12 from AMD site and some games would BSOD. So its upto you but +1 for the CD.

i went for a gigabyte one. gigabyte have no drivers for this on their site :(

EDIT: oh no found it, driver version 8.782 is on their site.

i think i will stick to the cd drivers until i know its all working fine, then update them, 11.1 are out soon anyways aint they?
is the card a reasonable performer?

bit gutted it didnt come with 3dmark 11 but then i doubt many cards do :(
will consider OC'n it if i find it doesnt perform as i would like, but im hoping as most things ran ok on my HD5770 when i had it then this should be ok on stock.
how do they cope with DX11 stuff, the 5770s werent great at that.

managed to get pc rebuilt on new mobo last night (after a few issues) and am running on the drivers off the cd. unfortunatly working today so unable to test it, although i did run 3dmark 06 (i know not the best test for a dx11 card) and that seemed to give quite good FR during the tests.
other than 3dmark 11 is there anything else good for an overall benchmark, i know heaven will do gfx, but dont think it does cpu too does it?
