hd7850 @ 1920x1200

I'm looking in to getting a new monitor (thinking dell u2412m) and was wondering if the hd7850 could handle that resolution for gaming or would I be better off sticking to 1920x1080?

It will be fine, barely any difference between the two. Tried both myself on a slower 6950.

The dell u2412m has a resoloution of 1900 x 1200 the 7850 should be able to handle that quite easily.
