Instead of the default clockspeed of 800MHZ,the newer cards have a variable clockspeed between 850MHZ to 925MHZ. The 12.6 drivers are used.
There is a download link to the BIOS used in the review from AMD,but as the article states there is no guarantee it will work - I suspect only cards with the reference PCB and dual BIOS might work.
Supposedly,the price will be the same as the current HD7950 3GB and they will be released next month.
