OK, so I might be getting the 24" OCUK monitor, but I understand it's NOT HDCP compliant. So does that mean I can't play Blu-Ray films on the PC to the monitor??

Or if it has a VGA input you could get an HDFury dongle to plug into it for around £60-80 (I cannot remember off the top of my head).

Allegedly it's legal and above board as the HDCP specs state that the HDCP hardware must be screwed into the television, and the HDFury does indeed abide by that; you'd then probably have some recourse if they distributed a revocation key with a future HD title.

Three general options for Hi-def playback on a none HDCP monitor.

1) Use a vga output if your graphics card has one.
2) AnyDVD will allow playback of HD-DVD and Blu-ray over DVI. Works great for me :)
3) HDFury as suggested above.
