hdd clone using usb boot stick

is thhere any of the disk imaging software available that can use a usb pen drive to back up and restor a disk image??

want try windows 7 on my main pc but i have only recently just reforted to vista and dont want have go through it all again

alrready got a boot usb pen for things like bios flasing and backtrack, will try acronis thanks fellas

worked a treat guys even worked loaded sata drivers

tryed windows 7 then went back to vista an hour later lol
