HDD drive didn't register on boot

After a previous reboot one of my SATA drives didn't load in Vista, this is the first time this has happened in this build and I'm just wondering if its anything to be worried about?

After another reboot the drive showed up as normal. It is 1 of 3 SATA drives on the machine.

Could be a slightly loose power/data cable. Next time your PC is off, wipe the side off and give everything a good firm push to make sure its all secure
