HDD Failing?

Had my PC for around a year with no real major problems, but last night i got an error saying my hdd was failing, i did a diskcheck. my PC is running fine but i get the vista error pop up now and again.

Is there anyway i can check for problems with it? or fix it or do i just have to buy a new hard drive.

What make/model HDD is it? Go to their website and download the diagnotic tools. That will tell you if it's failing or not.
