HDD for HTPC?

I'm slowly building my HTPC, and noticed this HDD on This Week Only. Will it do the job reasonably well, or should I look at an alternative?

For a HTPC that is a great hard drive.

It's a low price per GB, high data density, fast enough, quiet and cool. Great drive all-around.

Cheers, it's on order. Now I just need to work out which case to order and how to do the logistics of using it as a media PC (i.e what OS etc) and I should be good to go.
