HDD Format Tool

I'm looking to sell an old HDD and not sure what to use to complete a deep clean of the drive.

Out of all the software listed on the 'Useful Freeware' thread, what is the best tool to use for this purpose.

DBAN

Burn it to a disk, boot it and wipe the drive. It's best to remove other drives first though, you don't want to wipe the wrong one

There are plenty of other eraser tools though, in fact I used Eraser last time but personally prefer DBAN
