HDD (Quick help)

I need a HDD for my aspire 7730 laptop asap,, I've only got 3.94GB left so I rely need 1 but I have no idea what 1 will work in it,

I don't rely want to have a PPH TBH as it would mean I have to keep plunging it in all the time + Would be more to take with me when i go some where.

Here is where I can put a 2nd HD:

So I tuck my HD out of where it is now and put it where I can use a 2nd 1 and It still worked in it when I put Laptop on.

So that must mean I can use 2
So what 1 do I need to buy?
