Noticed a pop up telling me i had low disc space, at which i was shocked as i have quite a fresh install and have hardly installed anything other than my most used applications on the SSD, so its not like a few GB here, we are talking almost 80 odd GB of free space just vanishing in a matter of days with no known input from myself, i couldn't for the life of me figure out where it was going.
after numerous scans of all different types i just couldn't get to the bottom of where my space was going
then someone suggested to me to run a program called WinDirStat, it analysed my disc and gave me me the results, it appears Google earth has eating up all my free space... i had been using it a fair bit recently but i never expected that to happen, is this normal? i've never noticed it eat up that much space before, is it something to do with my settings? is it storing all the map imagary?
either way i have uninstalled it and binned all the data under the google earth directory, i shall not be reinstalling till i find out more on this situation.
