hi,
i have a seagate 2TB hdd, not sure exactly what model as it was a pre built system from overclockers.
ever since i installed battlefield 3 and all its expansions on to this drive its been making an weird noise. its not loud, but it's extremely annoying as it's always there. scratching/buzzing/screeching on and off is the best way i can describe it. it'll buzz for half a second stop for half a second etc.. constantly though.
i've done an error check via windows and i'm guessing it found nothing as nothing came up. i've also defragmented and still the noise is there. it's only since i installed battlefield so god knows whats going on?
any advice will be greatly appreciated.
