HDMI 2.0/2.1 question

About to grab another main viewing TV and the one I like only has 2 2.1 ports with one being the earc. Would equipment plugged into 2.0 ports pass full fat audio back down the the earc? or would this only happen with something plugged into the second 2.1 port?

Yes.

All the non arc labelled HDMI ports will be able to send the audio down the eARC labelled HDMI.

Yeah I’m aware of that but wondering if you would get True HD/Master Audio from a device connected to the 2.0 port then sent down the earc, or would the bandwidth of the input not allow it?

Yes, they have enough bandwidth.
