Hi folks,

sorry if these are stupid questions, but with the newer cards that have 7.1 audio through HDMI......


1 - Does that mean I wouldn't need my Creative Audigy sound card any more?

2 - Is there any performance hit doing it?

3 - What is driver support like?

4 - Any drop in sound quality?

5 - HDMI -> Amp -> Monitor / TV?
