HDMI capture card

I've just ordered an HDMI capture card to try and capture and edit audio & video from my PS3 gameplay.

Will this work or would I need any additional hardware?

The card I have ordered is HD Capture HD CaptureX HDMI1.3 Skydigital Inc Board Digital Audio Capture and Recorder

Most likely won't work I'm afraid as Sony decided to implement full time HDCP (copy protection) on the HDMI output from the PS3 (whereas the XBOX360 only implemented HDCP during movie playback)

When I last played around with it, I found the Elgato HD Capture to be the best solutions for PS3 game capture (there are other ways of bodging the capture using FRAPS & certain video capture cards)
