HDMI Device link?

Hey guys im really not sure where to post this at all.

I am using a Sony bravia TV that supports HDMI Device link. I have set it up on my PS4 and it works fine. I turn the ps4 on and the Tv turns itself on and to the appropriate channel.

However i can't seem to find much about this with a PC i would really like to be able to have my pc set up to do the same thing.

Any advice for me on setting this up ?

PC's dont normally support HDMI-CEC, you could try a plus 8 cec usb adapter

Dont really want to spend that sort of money to have my tv turn itself on il stick to my remote but thanks for the reply
