HDMI Faceplate's when wall mounting

I am looking to buy and wall mount a new 'telly' (maybe SAMSUNG PS50Q7HDXXEU (P) or SAMSUNG LE46M51 (LCD) not sure which one yet. Are there such things as hdmi and component faceplate's to enable the whole job to 'look' nicer. Or an 'all in one' solution.

Done google but it comes up with mainly US 'stuff', just want a neat and tidy finish...............

Yes, thanks for that - anyone used these items before? Do you just run normal HDMI cable between the two faceplates?

Thanks for the comments I think I agree now, I just didnt want a 'hole' in the wall sort of thing. Even though I wouldnt see me it would 'bug' me, if that makes sense.
