HDMI override?

Not sure if this stems from my graphics card or my telly, but I'll try here first.

I have my pc hooked up to my Panasonic with an HDMI cable.

If the tv is one, and I then turn on my pc, it will auto switch to HDMI input on the tv, which is annoying as I then have to use the remote to switch back to tv mode.

Any ideas what causes this?

It's probably your TV that starts to detect HDMI signals from your pc, hence why it switches. Check around your TV settings, you should be able to disable it.

My old TV did this with it's AV1 socket treating it as a master and switched to it every time what every was connected turned on.

Yeah, most modern TVs auto change. Mine does it when the virgin box goes on or my PS3 or anything... Should be able to stop it somewhere though. (I just use the remote lol).
