HDMI should i use it

Just bought the acer 24 inch monitor and i was wondering would it be best to use the HDMI port with my 3870 X2

Not really going to be any difference between the HDMI and the DVI.

both are digital, juts HDMI is capable of carrying sound as well as video....no real point if you can use DVI as well, save the hDMI for an external device such as a DVD player or games console
