HDMI Splitter for PS3 / 360

My Dell 2408wfp only has the one HDMI port and although I can connect PS3 through that and 360 using a Component cable, the HDMI is a better picture.

Reviews on HDMI splitters seem very mixed so can anybody suggest one that will work well in this situation, without spending a bundle?

Yeah I have one of the ones that looks like the Limit 3 way switcher because 3 HDMI ports on my TV didn't turn out to be enough. It does the job nicely - needs no external power, is automatic switching (though has button override if you want) and as a result has no need for a remote - it just displays the last device that was powered up. A bargain at around 12 quid but also factor in an extra couple of quid for another HDMI cable to plug the TV/monitor into the switcher.
 
I've used a Pure AV Belkin one, it has 3 hdmi inputs with a remote. It did the job well but a bit pricey at around £60 retail. Can probably pick them up cheap 2nd hand.

I've used one for ages for my PC Monitor, and its worked flawlessly.
 
I wish the outwards splitters weren't so expensive. I want to switch between projector and television.
