HDMI Splitter Problem - Neet Cables

Anyone got a HDMI splitter from Neet Cables? I've had it a week and at first it worked fine, but today all I get is a black TV screen. Plug the TV straight into the Sky box and its fine. I bought the splitter and Neet Cat5e extender baluns at the same time and the extenders still work fine if I take out the splitter, just wondering if anyone else here has experience of Neet and can comment on their general reliablity.

try powering all down and restarting

First thing I did. Also, I have 5 HDMI cables altogether and I've every combination there is with just the sky box-splitter-tv, i.e. forgetting about the extender and upstairs tv, no joy.

did you ever get this fixed? I have the same problem but for some reason when output2 (downstairs tv) is on, it seems to transfer the signal from output1 (going to upstairs tv) fine. As soon as i switch downstairs tv to a different hdmi input it stops sending the signal again to upstairs... very strange. Its almost like the tv downstairs is powering the unit through the hdmi?? Neet sent me another splitter but i get the EXACT same problem... any ideas?
