Am having an issues with my sound bar and tv set up using 4K, current set up used to work fine when I had a skyq box and the sky sound box. Upgraded to a Denon home 550 sound bar and changed from a cheap no name brand hdmi switch to an anker one a seemed to work fine. Got rid of sky and went to the virgin streaming service some issues but still got 4K. Bought ps5 and more recently ee tv and neither will work unless resolution is set to 1080.
Set up is as follows, components in to switch, hdmi from switch to soundbar, soundbar to tv. I do not have the option to plug devices to tv and then tv to wall as tv is mounted on to the wall and I would like not to have visible cables. The Denon is 4K pass trough compatible, my guess is that it’s a switch issue but happy to be corrected
