I'm going to have my lounge completely refurbished and i want to have a really neat wall mounted tv set up so i'm considering the best way to make it neat and tidy.
I was thinking of having a ~50" tv mounted on an adjustable wall mount / arm (needs to be an arm as it probably won't be straight on to the sofa so i will sometimes angle it). Am i right in thinking that if I run one hdmi cable from the TV to a HDMI switch, i then have ALL my media units (ps4, wiiU, firestick etc) plugged into the splitter box? If so, i'm thinking off putting a hdmi cable in the wall coming out in the corner of the room where i will have all my entertainment units connected to the tv.
- I'd want a switch with preferably as many hdmi ports as possible...AT LEAST four, but ideally 6 or 8. Can anyone recommend a quality one. Must be 4k ready.
Will HDMI switches work ok with logitech harmony all in one remotes? I'd like to also treat myself to a good one of those.
