HDR is staggeringly good on my KS7000
Both netflix, amazon, xbox horizon3, 4k bluray

Well HDR10 (emulated on an 8bit panel) from a PS4pro makes a dramatic difference/improvement on the cheapy Hisense we have in Last of Us Left Behind (with everything dynamic off as its awful on this set). Obviously a different TV will respond differently.
Our main issue is I'm not sure, when and if other content that is HDR will get to our set as the PS4pro apps have woeful support for both 4K and HDR as far as I can tell and the smart apps on the TV aren't offering it either although Amazon on the TV recently started 4K streams.
Whats the panel, Mines a Hisense https://hisense.co.uk/tvs/all-tvs/m3000/I've never got HDR with my 8bit panel working with the Pro![]()

it was pretty plug and play but suggested it supports emulation of 10bit HDR
Obviously there are TV that do far better with HDR but at its price 4K and HDR were a total bonus
I'm using the cable that came with the PS4 pro (is your ps4 a pro?) and following this works in an hdmi 2 port.Mine is the Samsung UE49MU6400, tried different ports and cables but console doesn't pick up HDR yet the One S does.

Now I'm sure you'll have these set to on but as they're off by default on your TV, I have the same model, I thought I'd post anyway.
For HDR to work you need to ensure HDMI UHD Colour is turn on for any HDMI port you want to be HDR enabled.

Thank you so much!! Found that option on my TV, all was switched off. Enabled it and my PS4 Pro now says 2k/4k HDR Supported!Fired up Uncharted TLL and the option to enable HDR popped up.
One top of that, my One S 4K HDR option also popped up with HDR 10 enabled.
Thank you once again!!
After all the hours of searching for a solution I gave up. Cant believe this option is hidden in a Samsung TV and so difficult to find.
I have just updated to the latest firmware and had to adjust a few settings to get it looking right again. Worth noting if you update the firmware it might change some settings...
