HDR help

Hi guys, after reading cykeys updated tutorial I though i'd have another go, so i popped along to the clifton suspension bridge armed with my camera and tripod. Shot three shots as instructed came back and started processing them. Now I clicked the align option in Photomatix (yes i still have the trial version), but somehow it doesn't look right, on the full size version if you go to 100% view the edges of the objects look ghosted as if this hasn't worked properly.

Now considering I used a tripod, why is this happening

Have you tried doing it without the align images option? If it was done on a tripod, they shouldnt need to be aligned.

Yup that's the box i ticked

And here's one without that box ticked, still slightly blurred. Focus maybe. Which I don't understand as I had the focus set to infinity and the bridge must have been at least 20m from where i was standing.
