HDR on LG 34gk950f

Hello, I received a screen lg 34gk950f that works perfectly but I would like to try HDR

I have it activated in W10 and in game is not bad but on Windows, the colors appear faded and bluish

I read that you have to enable the full range of output in NVIDIA settings / change the resolution but it does not change much. Should we switch to the nvidia color settings of the desktop? if anyone knows how to fix that

It's HDR-400. You won't be trying HDR in any meaningful way I'm afraid.

The Windows user interface wasn't written to deal with HDR, so when it's switched on Windows looks odd. The faded part is deliberate, if the UI wasn't faded white windows would be painfully bright on any HDR screen above HDR400.

And, yeah, I agree with Legend. HDR400 is mostly just a gimmick that makes little difference. HDR600 with some form of local dimming is where HDR starts to be worth using - even then you need dim ambient lighting to get a good effect.
