Hi all, sorry a quick (dumb) question...
I just got a new monitor: Lenovo Y27Q-20
It has 2 sockets: 1x HDMI and 1x DP and I got a HDMI cable and DP cable with it.
I hooked up the DP to my gaming PC and it's in 2k, 165hz and HDR works fine. However I hooked up the HDMI to my work laptop and it can do 2k but only 75hz and can't do HDR. I was wondering if this because it's HDMI or just because it's a low spec work laptop?
I'm also guessing that G-Sync just works automatically? (On the gaming PC).
