Hi people who are more knowledgeable than me. ![Big Grin :D :D](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/biggrin.gif)
So I'm giving Netflix 4k a try. My TV supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision. As the app runs on the TV am I right in thinking I can playback either HDR option?
Reason I ask is that my TV is connected to my Denon X2400H AV receiver, which can only do DV. Specs don't list HDR10.
So I think that doesn't matter due to streaming Netflix direct from the TV? Would I be right in saying?
Second question. I am about to buy a 4K UHD bluray player which will connect to the same receiver - the Panasonic DP-UB820EBK. As that supports both HDR10+ and DV would I be limited to DV only titles, as the AV receiver doesn't list HDR10 support?
Could I possibly buy a 4K bluray, and not be able to play it if it wasn't Dolby Vision?![Confused  ](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/confused.gif)
Thanks for any help!
