HDTV only 30fps?

I just bought a LG 43UF675V and I plugged my PC through the HDMI port and it only displays at 30fps and not 60. The TV supports 4k at 60fps through HDMI 2.0 ports.

My PC spcs

Intel 3770K
AMD HD 7950 3GB version

Your GPU won't have HDMI 2.0 so won't be able to display 4k @ 60fps

Do you know what version Displayport connection you've got on the card if your card supports DP1.2 you can get an adaptor to HDMI 2.0 (although I've never tried it)

the 7950 dose have DP 1.2, i would just get a PD to HDMI cable.
