So me and my friends have shot a film as part of our degree. We shot it on a Sony HDV camera in 1080i, but we want to get it on a SD DVD as we don't have a blue ray burner.
We are using Final Cut Pro to edit it and DVD Studio Pro to create a DVD. DVD Studio won't except uncompressed HDV 1080i files unless we are going to create a HD DVD or blue ray. Anyone know of any codecs that would be good for this? or should i simply export in DV PAL?
